Public Sector organizations have a unique requirement to manage complex funding instruments and funding sources. The set of available funds can be configured at the organization level and allocated (encumbered) individual contract items to available funds for each project/contract. Funds can be grouped by Fund Type, and each fund can manage fund expiry and other fund rules. Each Contract Item (BOQ) can be split into sub-items and each sub-item can be assigned to draw funds from a specific funding source. In addition to automatic fund allocation, Aurigo Fund supports manual allocation of funds to project payments, and other complex rules for funds, such as allocation of funds by priority.
