Description
Aurigo is looking for “Junior Functional Consultant” who has a good AX functional
knowledge especially on Finance and T&L modules. Candidate should have proven track
record of interacting with clients and helping them out in resolving their function
queries on Dynamics AX. Candidate will be responsible for providing Dynamics AX
functional consultation to the Development & Testing teams and Testing the Dynamics
AX Customizations done by the Development team.
You must have the ability to act as a mediator between Aurigo’s client and Engineering team in resolving client’s queries/issues. You must have ability to understand client’s functional queries/issues and translate them into technical terms to the engineering team. You will be fully responsible for bringing client’s queries/issues to a closure (or escalating the unresolved issues as per the escalation matrix) and client’s satisfaction.
Qualification
- Communications Skills: Excellent English language written and verbal skills are an absolute must.
- Work Experience: 2-3 yrs Production Support experience, preferably on Level 2 support.
- Functional knowledge in the Construction or Financial domain is highly desirable.
- Computer Skill Set: Hands on experience on Dynamics AX 4.0/2009 is a Must. Knowledge of SQL, .Net, Web technologies is desired.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
