- All the masters including Labor, Inventory, and Equipment (Fixed Assets) are maintained
in an integrated data store.

- Contract Items (BOQs) are managed entirely in BRIX and mapped into the project accounting
capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Pay Estimates (Running Account Bills) are computed in BRIX based on the daily progress
of work that has been approved.
- Purchase orders are automatically created in Microsoft Dynamics AX to enable payments.
