the appointment of Mr. Navin Goel as the new Vice President - Engineering.
In his new role as the Vice President of Engineering at Aurigo, Navin will collaborate
with the management team and create a strategic product and an engineering road-map.
Building enterprise software products, technology design & software engineering
processes will come naturally to him. Application of leadership skills to enable
Aurigo's strong engineering team to function efficiently, will be a part of his
role. He will also use his business knowledge and customer-first attitude to complement
the growing solution delivery team and help the business acquire and support a happy
and satisfied customer base.

Navin Goel has over 18 years experience in the software product industry. In his
previous role, as the CTO and Vice President of Products & Support at Glovia International
Inc (a subsidiary of Fujitsu Corporation), he helped develop ERP products and solutions
for the automotive and manufacturing Industries and played a critical role in expanding
their ERP product, both in terms of technology and functionality. He has extensive
hands-on experience in all aspects of building large and complex enterprise level
business applications. Navin possesses years of hands-on technical skills along
with strong leadership and business skills. He started his career as a software
programmer and has held technical and leadership positions in a progressive manner.
