Software Technologies today announced that Sheila Gulati, General Manager of Application
Platform and Developer Marketing group at Microsoft Corporation will join Aurigo’s
advisory board.

Balaji Sreenivasan, Aurigo's CEO. "Sheila's rich and broad range of experience at
Microsoft encompasses marketing, technical evangelism and business strategy development
across global markets. She will be an asset to Aurigo as we expand presence in the
US, EMEA and APAC regions" added Balaji.
In this position, Sheila will play an active role in advising Aurigo's management
team on marketing, eco-system partnerships and product evangelism strategies. This
comes at a critical juncture as Aurigo's construction management product suite Aurigo
BRIX 5.0 is getting widely accepted worldwide, both as a stand-alone construction
management solution and in conjunction with the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP platform.
About Sheila Gulati:
Sheila Gulati is presently the General Manager of Application Platform and Developer
Marketing group at Microsoft Corporation. In this position at Microsoft, Sheila
is responsible for driving all aspects of marketing for a variety of application
platforms and developer technologies including SQL Server, Visual Studio and BizTalk
Server.
Previously, Sheila was as General Manager of Developer and Platform Evangelism in
the US. In that role, she focused on evangelizing Microsoft’s platform and
next generation technologies with the technical community and with Microsoft’s
customers in the academic, enterprise and ISV segments. Before that, she worked
for two years for Microsoft 
as the Director of Developer and Platform Evangelism.
She focused on enablement of the n software and services ecosystem with an
emphasis on the development of a stronger local software ecosystem for .
Sheila started her career in Silicon Valley as an Investment Banker at Robertson
Stephens where she worked with technology companies.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University's School of
Foreign Service. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, travel and water sports like
scuba diving.
