Sheila Gulati is presently the General Manager of Application Platform and Developer Marketing group at Microsoft Corporation. In this position at Microsoft, Sheila is responsible for driving all aspects of marketing for a variety of application platforms and developer technologies including SQL Server, Visual Studio and BizTalk Server. Sheila started her career in the Silicon Valley as an Investment Banker at Robertson Stephens where she worked with technology companies.

Dr Mangesh G Korgaonker is presently Director General, National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune. He is Advisor to the EPC group of Larsen and Toubro Limited. He was previously ICICI Chair Professor and Founder Head, Shailesh J Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay. Dr. Mangesh Korgaonker has expertise in areas of Operations, Manufacturing Management, Project management, Strategic management, Technology and Innovation Management, Quality Management, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Management of higher education.

He has been the recipient of many awards / distinctions such as Bombay University Gold Medal, Institute of Engineers Gold Medal, Best Professor Awards at IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Bombay; Citation in the Asia Edition of World’s Who Men and Women of Distinction, 1997; Member, International Who’s Who Historical Society of Professionals, USA, 2005;, "Arch of Excellence Award" of All India Organizational Entrepreneurial Federation, "Order of Merit" of Indian Council of Management Executives, etc.
