Description
We are looking for Associate Functional consultants to join our global solution
delivery team team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to help senior
functional consultants perform business process analysis of customer requirements
and map them to our solution set at a functional level.
The specific role of an associate functional consultant is to sit down with our
customers within the engineering, infrastructure and construction verticals, understand
their business workflow requirements and map them to the Aurigo's product suite
Masterworks and the ERP platform of choice (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP or Oracle).
The right candidate would have a strong domain understanding of company financial
accounting standards, Inventory Management and Project management. In addition,
prior exposure to business processes around project estimation, bidding and contract
administration processes at a construction house would be desirable. Good customer
facing skills and a strong willingness to participate in pre-sales meetings is required.
You will be working directly with our customers across the globe to understand and
gather the customer's business needs, conduct analysis of customer's requirements,
provide input for application design, test modifications, create end-user documentation,
conduct end-user training, setup system parameters, support pre-sales. The role
will have 30% travel both domestic and international.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in any discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions (of which at least 2 years
is in Microsoft Dynamics AX).
- Microsoft Dynamics AX certification is a must.
- Strong background in ERP concepts especially in construction vertical is desirable.
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in the English
Language.
- Strong competency in MS Office Suite and other consulting tools .
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives
without supervision.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite.
- Strong outward and customer facing skills .
