Security Management
Role-Based Security is tightly integrated with all Aurigo Platform applications. Stakeholders/Managers can define as many roles as needed with different permission settings. Roles can be assigned to a user at any given point of the work lifecycle. For example, an organization may allow only certain staff roles to process a document to the approved status. The Aurigo Platform Security feature ensures that appropriate management signoffs are included at every stage of the workflow process. A user’s assigned license and roles work together to guide the user’s experiences.

From the beginning Aurigo recognized that each organization has unique challenges and although they perform similar functions, any capital project management system would need to have significant configuration capabilities. The Aurigo Platform was built from the ground up to support this highly dynamic user environment employing a modular architecture that supports the ability to ‘load’ new capabilities into the base product. All of the Aurigo Platform Dashboard displays are built using an easily creatable widget technology, and users can add their own widgets to the Platform’s Dashboards.

Integration Management
The Aurigo Platform Connect module enables Aurigo’s solutions and products to integrate into your existing IT environment, including ERP, Scheduling, Document Repository, authentication, and other IT systems. In addition to its out-of-the-box integrations, the architecture facilitates the addition of new connectors using its open Web Services based approach. It also supports integration with platforms and products not listed here as long as they are built on open standards. Aurigo Connect provides key integration tools to connect Aurigo Platform modules and applications to other enterprise systems.
