Aurigo BRIX 5.1 Enterprise Modules

Most Owners, CM firms, and Contractors grapple with tight project schedules, paper-based data collection processes and inadequate team coordination.  Aurigo BRIX 5.1 caters to these problems by automating these daily processes bringing order to chaos.  Aurigo BRIX 5.1 module design allows us to tailor the application to fit your requirements and processes.  Aurigo BRIX 5.1 is divided into modules, which can be dynamically loaded into the core application.  Each module brings significant automation capabilities to your organization.  Many of our existing customers have purchased every module we produce, but each organization can choose the configuration that makes the most sense for their particular situation.

BRIX Estimate

The BRIX Estimate module helps automate project planning, automate bids (Tenders), archive historical project cost information, automate job costing processes and automates the review and reporting phase.

BRIX Contract

The BRIX Contract module helps an organization manage the entire contract phase of large construction projects. It offers instant project visibility, anytime and anywhere. The module allows organizations to track and manage critical assets, change orders, work progress, contractor payments and generate pay estimates.  This module integrates with our ERP Module providing connectors to Microsoft Dynamics AX and automatically moves critical information accurately between the two systems

BRIX Inspect

The BRIX Inspect module is a very critical part of Aurigo's solution offering. It helps capture field data in a digital manner using a variety of mobile devices (Tablets, PDAs and Laptops) and ensures that daily information collected in the field is consistent, digitally uploaded every day and even location tagged (with GPS) wherever applicable.

Land Management

Clearly track and manage the complex property acquisition process and use inbuilt checklists to monitor important documents in the land procurement process. Using this module you can also easily manage pre-acquisition procedures and monitor the transaction and registration process.

BRIX Map

The BRIX Map Module helps users plot inspection data and asset locations on a map or CAD drawing. This module helps integrate newly captured data in the field (notes, photos) with existing GIS data investments. It allows users to view construction progress and as-built states on a map overlay with drawings and is essentially useful for multi location and large projects where GIS is an integral part of the IT infrastructure.

BRIX Connect

Aurigo’s BRIX Connect module integrates Aurigo BRIX 5.1 with external ERP systems.  ERP packages address horizontal verticals and need to be heavily customized to meet specific vertical Industry needs. This is a tedious, cumbersome and time consuming process which almost always involves expensive customization. Aurigo’s  BRIX Connect module currently integrates Aurigo BRIX 5.1 with the Microsoft Dynamics™ AX platform, moving critical data between the systems accurately and seamlessly making for a complete ERP solution for the construction vertical.  With the ERP module, critical data lists such as contractors, pay items, inventory, and assets are automatically maintained between the two systems.   Pay estimates generated in the Contract Manager can be automatically converted into invoices and posted against an outstanding Purchase Order in the ERP system. Delivered materials that are not installed and the recovery of materials payments are automatically maintained in the inventory database of the ERP system.
