Description
We are looking for “Customer Support Executives” with a proven track record of handling
customer calls around technology solutions and / or software products. In this role,
you will be the first level support executive that Aurigo’s global customers will
contact and you will responsible for helping them resolving their queries/issues
on Aurigo’s software products. In certain areas where support requirements are more
complex, you will need to escalate it to Level 2 and coordinate with the product
management teams, engineering teams and partner technical support centres (Microsoft,
SAP, Oracle) in resolving Customers queries/issues.
You must have the ability to act as a mediator between Aurigo’s customer and Engineering
team in resolving customer queries/issues in a calm yet swift manner. You must have
the ability to understand Customer functional queries/issues and translate them
into technical terms for the engineering team. You will be fully responsible for
bringing customer queries/issues to a closure and meeting our stringent guidelines
for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in a technical discipline, such as computer science,
computer engineering, electronics, etc.
- 2-3 yrs Production Support experience, preferably on Level 2 support.
- Functional knowledge in the Construction or Financial domain is highly desirable.
- Hands on experience on Dynamics AX 4.0/2009. Knowledge of SQL, .Net, Web technologies
is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills are an absolute must.
