| The Facility Management Challenge
Effective facility management has a direct impact on enterprise operational effectiveness. Most firms lack the ability to use existing project data to gain control over all aspects of their assets. What firms need is a business automation system that streamlines management activities to save time and maximize resource effectiveness.

| Aurigo's Facility Management Solution - Gain control over assets and monitor asset effectiveness |
Built on Aurigo BRIX 5.1 and Microsoft Dynamics AX, the solution is designed for the entire life of a built asset. It is the ideal facility management software solution where an asset/item/BOQ has already been managed and built on Aurigo BRIX and Microsoft Dynamics AX. Using the solution, inspectors can enter field data on a mobile laptop or handheld computer, and then synchronize the information back to the Aurigo BRIX server via the web or local network connection. These inspections can then be analyzed and appropriate work orders be issued to maintenance crew for fixing any issues. Facility managers gain the advantage of extending up-to-date project information out into the field, enabling inspectors to perform daily work reports, asset management tracking and detailed inspection reports.
