Description
We are looking for senior functional consultants with a strong functional expertise
in Microsoft Dynamics AX to join our global solution delivery team at Bangalore.
The primary responsibility of the senior functional consultant is to provide business
consulting services around Microsoft Dynamics AX and Masterworks to our Microsoft
Industry Ready ERP customers. In this role you will work with the functional teams
at our customer site and map the business requirements around finance, trade & logistics,
stores and projects to the combined solution offering.
The right candidate would have a strong domain understanding of company financial
accounting standards, Inventory Management and Project management. In addition,
prior exposure to business processes around project estimation, bidding and contract
administration processes at a construction house would be desirable. Good customer
facing skills and a strong willingness to participate in pre-sales activities is
also required. You will be working directly with our customers across the globe
to understand and gather the customer's business needs, conduct analysis of customer's
requirements, provide input for application design, test modifications, create end-user
documentation, conduct end-user training, setup system parameters and support pre-sales.
The role will require 30% travel both domestic and international.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant
/ CPA.
- 8-10 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions of which at least 5+ years
around Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX certification is a must in Finance. Trade & Logistics is Desirable.
- Strong background in ERP concepts across multiple Industries. Exposure to the Infrastructure,
construction or real estate verticals is desireable. Sound analytical and problem
solving skills. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong competency in MS Office Suite and other office productivity tools (MS Project,
Visio etc.)
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives
without supervision.
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite.
- Strong outward and customer facing skills.
