Aurigo's executive management team is made up of both young and seasoned individuals that draw on previous domain and technology experience, to build innovative business solutions and shareholder value.

Balaji Sreenivasan, Founder & CEO

Balaji Sreenivasan is the President and CEO of Aurigo. Balaji co-founded Aurigo in the year 2003 and has played a key role in growing Aurigo's business and global market share and helping provide value to our customers. Having successfully closed Aurigo's Series A round of funding, Balaji invests valuable time in building strategic relationships with customers, partners and resellers across the world to continually increase the product's market share and enter new geographies and markets. Balaji completed his bachelor's degree in Engineering from NIT Trichy (India) and masters at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Balaji is a member of the TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) - Bangalore chapter


Kevin Koenig, Vice President - Operations (North America)

Kevin Koenig is the Vice President- Operations (North America) at Aurigo. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, product management for software product businesses and in business development. The key positions previously held by Kevin have been; Business Unit Head of Sasken Communications Technologies in the US, VP of Software Engineering for Lucent's Network Operations Software Group, VP of Engineering for network management software products for Ascend Communications StronyBrook Software (acquired by Ascend in 1996) and Technical Software Specialist at Reuters. Kevin has a bachelor's degree in computer science from State University at Osweg, New York.


Navin Goel, Vice President - Engineering

Navin Goel is the Vice President - Engineering at Aurigo, Navin has over 18 years experience in building enterprise software products, technology design & software engineering processes. In his previous roles as CTO and VP – Products & Support at Glovia International Inc (a subsidiary of Fujitsu Corporation), he helped develop ERP products and solutions for the automotive and manufacturing Industries and played a critical role in expanding their ERP product, both in terms of technology and functionality. Navin has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
