Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to be part of our global product management
team at Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to work with other product managers
to gather business requirements for our construction management software product
and convert them to functional specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and convert them to functional specifications documents
- Communicate functional specifications document to software engineering and QA teams
- Help software engineering and QA teams with any functional queries
- Validate technical design to ensure that it conforms to the published functional
specifications
- Validate that the developed product conforms to the published functional specifications

Requirements
- Must possess either a B.E. / B.Tech. /M.C.A. / M.Tech. /M.S. degree in computer
science
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry, preferably in a software product
company
- Demonstrable experience in a role that requires business analysis or functional
analysis (examples: functional consultant, QA analyst, product manager, etc.)
- Strong business analysis skills to understand business requirements
- Prior experience in generating easy-to-understand functional specifications
- Familiarity with software development life cycle
- Familiarity with software development technologies (preferably .NET) that allows
you understand the challenges of creating software design from functional specifications
- Ability to work closely with software engineering and QA teams
