Description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to head our global professional services
team at Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to design and implement professional
services business strategies and processes to grow the revenue and maximize the
profitability of the organization. You will be responsible to manage a team of project
managers, functional consultants and technical consultants to deliver solutions
and services to customers within given scope, time, cost and quality metrics. You
will also be responsible to establish, manage and grow client relationships to build
a happy and satisfied customer base. Also, you will be responsible to provide all
post implementation support to the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and implement business strategies to grow services revenue and maximize profitability
- Plan the delivery of projects & services within the given scope, time, cost & quality
- Build services relationships with clients
- Interact with customers, suppliers & Internal teams
- Build and manage a team of project managers, functional consultants and technical
consultants
- Manage delivery process from conception to deployment for large scale systems
- Overall responsibility for service delivery within committed time frames
- Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed
- Provide reports to track status of opportunities, customers, schedules, profitability,
etc.
- Provide inputs to product development and product management teams based on customer
feedbacks to help improve the product

Requirements
- Must possess either a B.E. / B.Tech. /M.C.A. / M.Tech. /M.S. degree in computer
science
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a IT services delivery organization, preferably
implementing ERP solutions
- Minimum 2 years of experience as delivery manager or project manager in a IT services
delivery organization
- Demonstrable experience in working directly with the customers
- Proven people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
