CB&I Deploys Aurigo Masterworks to Assist in Hurricane Sandy Reconstruction and Recovery Effort

January 1, 2014

Chicago Bridge and Iron (CB&I), one of the most complete providers of a wide range of services including design, engineering, construction, fabrication, maintenance and environmental services, has selected Aurigo Masterworks to assist in its reconstruction projects in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

CB&I, in a joint effort with the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), is working to rebuild and repair the damage caused by the most destructive hurricane of the 2012 Atlantic hurricane season, and the second-costliest hurricane in US History. CB&I has selected Aurigo Masterworks to manage all of its document control and collaboration in relation to this project for its internal as well external users from NYCHA and contractors. Other solutions evaluated included e-Builder and Oracle Primavera.

“Aurigo is proud to be a part of rebuilding homes and lives after the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy,” says Balaji Sreenivasan, Aurigo CEO. “New York residents are still overcoming the aftermath of the billions of dollars in damage Sandy caused. As a former New York resident, I could not be happier that Aurigo is involved in getting New York back on its feet.”
