Tim Pratt is a Senior Advisor for Local Government at Aurigo, where he works with municipalities and public agencies to improve the planning, delivery, and management of infrastructure and capital programs. With decades of experience in local government operations, utilities, and public sector technology, he brings a practical understanding of the challenges agencies face in managing infrastructure, assets, and community growth. Before joining Aurigo, Tim spent more than 20 years with the City of Lincoln’s Transportation and Utilities department, helping lead technology and operational initiatives that supported municipal infrastructure services. His background spans local government operations, capital planning, asset management, and public works technology, with a focus on helping agencies modernize processes and improve long-term service delivery.
