Heramba oversees finance and compliance for Aurigo’s international operations, as well as managing investor relations, legal functions, and key administrative activities across the company. A qualified chartered accountant with over 16 years of experience spanning finance, accounting, audit, tax, transfer pricing, banking, foreign exchange, US GAAP, regulatory, and consulting domains, he has been instrumental in establishing the financial discipline, agility, and operational rigor necessary to support Aurigo’s growth. He also leads all fundraising-related activities and ensures financial compliance and reporting across all three geographies. Before joining Aurigo, Heramba was part of the audit and compliance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
