Yassmin brings deep expertise in transportation leadership, emerging systems, and large-scale infrastructure delivery to Aurigo. As Secretary of PennDOT, she oversaw a $10 billion annual budget covering the state’s highways, bridges, and transportation assets, and served on boards including the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. Her background also includes consulting engineering experience with Jacobs, HNTB, and WSP. Yassmin holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and has completed Dartmouth’s executive management program.
