Aurigo Appoints Josh Moriarty and Mike Conner to Strengthen Federal Market Strategy

In this role, Taylor will head a global team focusing on strengthening client relations and ensuring long-term value for the company’s growing user base.

The timing of these appointments comes at a pivotal moment for federalinfrastructure. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, a $1.2 trillion commitmentand the largest federal infrastructure investment in U.S. history, enters itsfinal year of authorization in 2026, with $580 billion being made available toagencies. As projects move from planning to active execution, the pressureto demonstrate efficiency, compliance, and outcomes at scale has neverbeen greate.

Josh Moriarty returns to Aurigo as Vice President of Strategic Growth,Federal Accounts, where he will lead the company’s growth across federalagencies and drive the adoption of modern capital program managementsolutions. He brings over 30 years of experience in the public sector, acrossengineering, construction, and information technology, giving him a deepunderstanding of how government agencies plan and deliver infrastructure.Josh previously spent nearly a decade at Aurigo in leadership roles and was akey member in defining the frameworks and team structures thatunderpinned Aurigo’s implementation model. He also played an importantrole in developing strategic relationships with some of the company’s mostimportant customers

That tenure has given Mike an insider’s understanding of how government organizations structure programs, navigate procurement, and evaluate technology partners. He brings that perspective to Aurigo’s customers, helping agencies accelerate project execution, reduce compliance friction, and maximize the value of their capital investments.
