Yassmin Gramian, P.E., is a transportation and infrastructure leader with more than three decades of experience helping agencies modernize transportation systems and deliver large-scale public infrastructure programs. Best known for her tenure as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), she brings deep expertise in transportation strategy, infrastructure operations, and public sector leadership. Over the course of her career, Yassmin has worked across both government and engineering organizations, leading initiatives focused on highways, bridges, transit, rail, and multimodal transportation systems.
