How Aurigo digitized one of the fastest-growing public works programs in Texas

Fort Bend County managed capital project data across Excel spreadsheets, an Access database, and paper files. Project managers stored personal files and communications on individual work desktops, creating a fragmented and nonintegrated environment. Document management was equally disorganized, with filing cabinets, a digital archive, and an electronic filing system operating independently.
